Original approval June 10, 2003 First Revision Date - August 22, 2007The California Department of Education and the State Allocation Board require all school districts that apply for funding for construction and rehabilitation of school facilities to submit a five-year Facility Master Plan. The purpose of the five-year master plan is to provide a planning tool for analyzing future facility needs and to document compliance with the law.
